ReviewPush began its start within the customer experience space in 2011, when Lee McNiel, Founder and CEO, was working a day-time job to pay the bills, but crafting and creating the ReviewPush platform after hours and on weekends. Lee realized that most businesses didn’t have a clue how they appeared online. He felt that he could bring value to business owners by shedding some light on how their business was perceived online. With this visibility now in place the businesses could then take the next step to improve their online presence to help drive more customers and sales to their door.
Cater to the Customer
In addition to enhancing their online presence, Lee found that businesses also wanted a simple yet efficient way to monitor and manage their customer experience on a continuous basis. In fact, some of ReviewPush’s first customers were large ententies with hundreds of locations.
